PetSkin AI (hereinafter "this App") takes the protection of user personal information seriously and complies with relevant laws and regulations. This policy describes what information this App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

2. Information We Collect

This App processes the following information only within your device:

• Captured photos: Used for analysis and stored only on your device.
• Analysis results: Analysis labels, confidence levels, and timestamps are stored only on your device.
• Advertising information: For ad display, advertising identifiers (IDFA), device information, and approximate location information may be transmitted to Google AdMob.

3. Information Storage Location

Captured photos and analysis records are stored only within your device (in the app sandbox) and are not transmitted to external servers. All data is deleted when you uninstall the app.

AI analysis is performed directly on your device (on-device inference). Photos are not transmitted externally for analysis.

4. Advertising and Tracking

This App displays ads through Google AdMob. The following information may be transmitted to Google for ad service operation:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA)
• Device model, OS version, language settings
• Approximate location information (IP-based)
• Ad viewing and click information

On iOS 14 and later, the app requests "App Tracking Transparency" permission on launch. If you deny this permission, advertising identifiers will not be transmitted and non-personalized ads will be displayed. You can change this permission anytime via iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

5. Camera Permission

This App requires camera access permission to photograph your pet's skin condition. The analysis feature cannot be used without this permission. You can change this permission in iOS Settings > PetSkin AI.

6. Third-Party Sharing and Outsourcing

This App does not provide or outsource user information to third parties, except to Google AdMob for ad display.

7. Information Retention and Deletion

Your photos and analysis records are kept on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Analysis records can be individually deleted from Menu > Analysis History.

8. Your Rights

Users can view and delete information collected by this App at any time. Since all information is stored on your device, you can manage it directly within the app.

9. Children Under 14

This App is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised due to changes in laws or services. Material changes will be communicated through app updates.
